Summer Recipe - Shrimp Bruschetta

In summer season, towels are spread out in the garden and family picnics ask for easy and practical recipes to prepare. Try these delicious Shrimp Bruschettas, a simple but equally tasty snack. An original Clavel's Kitchen's recipe, perfect to pair with our Aveleda Alvarinho.

  • 4 slices of rye bread
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Olive oil
  • Rocket to taste
  • 4 cooked and peeled shrimps

  • 16 cooked and peeled shrimps
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped dried tomato 
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped red hot chilli 
  • 2 sprigs of fennel branch
  • 100g of cream cheese 

Toast the bread in a frying pan, spread all the slices with a crushed garlic clove and brush with olive oil. Put all the ingredients for the shrimp paste in a chopper and grind well until you get a paste. Spread the bread slices with the shrimp paste and place the rocket on top. Finish with a shrimp on top of each bruschetta, sprinkle with chopped fennel and drizzle with a trickle of olive oil.
