FOR THE SHRIMP PASTE
- 16 cooked and peeled shrimps
- 2 tablespoons of chopped dried tomato
- 1 tablespoon of powdered garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped red hot chilli
- 2 sprigs of fennel branch
- 100g of cream cheese
Toast the bread in a frying pan, spread all the slices with a crushed garlic clove and brush with olive oil. Put all the ingredients for the shrimp paste in a chopper and grind well until you get a paste. Spread the bread slices with the shrimp paste and place the rocket on top.
