Ingredients:
2 Portobello mushrooms;
100g goat cheese;
1 handful of cherry tomatoes;
Olive oil and salt to taste;
Spices to taste: black pepper, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano;
To accompany: ripened cheese, cherry tomatoes, toasted bread slices, and fresh parsley.
Preparation:
On a tray, place the mushrooms and season them with the spices, olive oil and salt;
Add the goat's cheese, the cherry tomatoes and the fresh oregano;
Bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 10 minutes or until golden brown;
Serve the mushrooms on a board with slices of toasted bread, cured cheese, cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley;
